Fees

The Psychological Services Center (PSC) offers services on a sliding scale fee schedule. This means that the charges for all services are adjusted to take into account the family size and the annual income of clients. This is calculated by your assigned counselor at the time of your initial appointment. All initial intake appointments are charged a standard $5 fee.

Individual, family, and couples therapy fees are charged per session, which is typically a 50-minute session for individual therapy and a 75-90 minute session for couples and family therapy, depending on your individual needs.

Fees for therapy groups vary by group and are charged based on the entire group program, rather than independent sessions.

Psychological evaluation fees are determined based on the sliding scale fee schedule and a standard number of hours required for completion of the evaluation, depending on the nature of the presenting concern. Fees for psychological evaluation are typically expected to be paid in two installments, half at the time testing begins and half before feedback can be provided, unless alternative arrangements are made with PSC staff.

Full-time Colorado State University (CSU) students seeking services at PSC are charged a standard $15 rate per hour.
Please note that payment is expected at the time of service, unless arrangements are made with the PSC staff.
