The Stadium Advisory Committee was convened in January to examine issues involved with building an on-campus stadium. A feasibility study was delivered to CSU President Tony Frank in August. More about the committee is available on the committee tab below.
Colorado State University received approval from the CSU System Board of Governors to move ahead with a fundraising campaign for a new stadium on the university’s main campus.
In an email to campus, President Frank delivered his recommendation regarding a proposed on-campus stadium.
The Stadium Advisory Committee held its final meeting on August 9 in the Lory Student Center. Resources presented at the meeting are available below.
The Center for Public Deliberation, an institute dedicated to facilitating public dialogue around civic issues, is coordinating a comprehensive process for gathering public input, including gathering feedback through public forums, online outreach, independent research and input gathered from emails, letters and phone calls. Feedback collected will becompiled into a report to the Stadium Advisory Committee and posted on www.cpd.colostate.edu.
The Stadium Advisory Committee will consider every suggestion submitted via CSURams.com. Please note, the committee will not respond to suggestions.
