Connections Community in Apartment Life

- Apartment Life is pleased to announce the new Intercultural Connections
Community (ICC) in University Village. This community is for traditional
aged undergraduate students who want a significant international/intercultural
experience.
The ICC is a special opportunity within the University Apartments for single students aged 23 and younger who are interested in an international living experience and who want to live in a family-friendly community. Our residents represent varied national origins, races, ages, religions, sexual orientations and abilities. The ICC aspires to give students the necessary tools to help earn a Bachelor's degree.
Through a wide range of programming and educational opportunities, we seek to foster personal growth, global awareness and promote intercultural competence. Our hope is that students who actively engage in this program will become more competitive in the global marketplace.
Some other benefits to joining the ICC are:
- All apartments are located within walking distance to CSU and have Transfort stops
- Housing agreements are month-to-month
- Individual leases for single and/or unaccompanied students
- All utilities paid with free cable TV and local phone
- High speed Internet available in most apartments
- Temporary vacate option - leave for the summer and come back in the fall without any extra fees
- Apartment complexes provide office services; cash card copymachines and laundry
- Great study environment that promotes academic success
- Live-in Community Coordinators available to help students
