Purpose:

This needs assessment form was developed for the accurate assessment of our client school district needs in the areas of race, gender, and national origin equity issues.  The information obtained, with your assistance, will be used to:

*  determine the most effective type(s) of assistance the Interwest Equity Assistance Center can potentially provide each client district

*  help coordinate services with other educational agencies

*  evaluate our services on a yearly basis for reporting to the federal government

Professional Development (PD)-refers to workshops, seminars, or conferences.

Technical Assistance (TA)-refers to a one-on-one type of assistance in the form of EAC staff participating in task forces/committees, on-site visits, etc.

Information Dissemination (ID)-refers to resources, library materials, assessment instruments, consultant referral, etc.
