We believe that Colorado State University belongs to the people and thus outreach is one of our major areas of focus. We're not just in Fort Collins – we're in businesses, schools, living rooms, kitchens, and organizations across the state, nation and world.

The current economic downturn is being compared to the worst recessions in modern U.S. history and is affecting many citizens, companies, and institutions alike. Colorado State provides education, outreach, and service programs that may help to lighten the load for those affected. The Ram Response pages contain links to services provided by the University, such as CSU Extension fact sheets and career center services for CSU alumni. Colorado State University is classified as a Community Engaged Institution by the Carnegie Foundation. [ more ]

The Office of Outreach and Strategic Partnerships allows the university to strengthen its ability to achieve excellence in the areas of teaching and learning, retention and graduation, admissions and access and outreach and service. Additionally, the office helps the university to assist communities through rural outreach, scientific discovery and public policy research.
