Undergraduate Studies
Are you a good writer? Do events in everyday life interest you? Do you like to work with people, cameras and camcorders, computers and the internet? Are you interested in learning about specialized topics like politics, science, sports, agriculture or business and then writing stories to share your knowledge? If so, the Department of Journalism and Technical Communication may be a perfect fit for you.
The JTC department belongs to a select group of nationally accredited journalism programs. Students get outstanding instruction from respected faculty members who hold prestigious academic degrees and years of professional experience. With four state-of-the-art computer laboratories and six video editing suites, the department houses outstanding facilities and technology.
