Current Position:
Rue became the Lab Supervisor for the Potato Certification Service in April of 1996. Her primary responsibilities are virus and bacterial testing of greenhouse stocks, summer field samples, and winter test samples for the Colorado certified seed growers.

Rue is married to Gary. Gary is the Range Management Specialist for the U.S. Forest Service on the Conejos Peak Ranger District. They have three sons: John, Christopher, and Matthew.
