The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review offers summer internships in news writing, sports writing, photography and copy editing. Internships typically last 13 weeks. The Trib, available online at www.pghtrib.com<http://www.pghtrib.com/>, is one of two competing newspapers in Pittsburgh, named America's most livable city in 2007. Intern candidates must have a car and valid driver's license. To apply for an internship, send work samples, resume and letter explaining why you would be a good choice as an intern. For writing positions, include six stories; original clips, photocopies or printouts from archives are acceptable. Photography candidates should include a CD with 12 photos plus a photo story.
