The objective of this internship is to give a qualified individual the opportunity to write copy, layout and design our 20th anniversary Viewbook, a publication which is distributed to hundreds of businesses throughout Fort Collins to promote the Centennial Children's Chorus. Although this is an unpaid position, the intern will receive full credit on the inside cover for production and design. We need someone who is very familiar with desktop publishing and can manipulate photographs and text to produce a top-notch magazine. We require a student who is highly motivated and completely dependable, as he/she will be expected to meet a very tight production deadline for a mid-November release. Other Information: To reiterate, we need a very qualified applicant who can work well independently and has extensive desktop publishing knowledge. We have produced this Viewbook for several years now, and have previous issues available as a guide. We also need the reassurance that the individual we hire will have the time to devote to getting this production to the printer by mid- to late October, at which time the internship will conclude.
