| Brief Job Description | We’re looking for fun, energetic, positive thinking, talented individuals to join GitNit Right, our two year old Media Production and Information Marketing Company that will become nationally recognized within the next year. Below are the positions we are looking to fill:
TV Show Director (1-2) Call the shots during taping each week to add creativity to engage student audiences nationwide. TV Show Production Assistant (1-2) Learn the ropes or sharpen your skills with weekly syndicated TV and radio show. Research markets to grow into. Learn call screening best practices. Research and identify people to interview and topics to discuss each week. Line up interviews with guests. Write endorsements for marketing partners. Work side by side with seasoned professionals. Select transitional music for each segment of weekly show. Coordinate with Web Design Strategist to have all pertinent radio and TV media appear on website and other key sites. TV Show Camera Operators and Editors (3) Hone skills running camera for fast paced TV Talk Show with multiple guests and musical performers. Prepare 1 – 3 minute segments for use in show. Edit segments for YouTube each week. TV Show Set Designer and Lighting Specialist (1-2) Creatively design cutting edge set on a budget with excellent lighting to enhance communication and mood portrayed for specific topics and musical performers each week. Journalism / Public Relations (1-2) Research and build media contacts. Write press releases. Plan and orchestrate press conferences. Research and apply for awards. Research and determine important events to attend. Write executive news summaries. Write copy for marketing materials. Write copy for Wickopedia. Obtain contact information and contact celebrities to do endorsements for series of books. Identify strategic media for guest appearances. Write endorsements for marketing partners. Monitor print media for articles on GitNit Right and other key topics. Coordinate with Web Design Strategist to have all pertinent print media appear on website and other key sites. Write fun bios of team for website. Photojournalism (1-2) Take photos at events. Upload to key sites. Videotape key activities (media events, workshops, youth events). Prepare video clips for website. Capture fun photos of our team. Tell our story thru pictures. Marketing – Internet Focused (1-2) Build Social Networking profiles on sites including LinkedIn, MySpace and FaceBook. Identify key connections with most effective blogs. Monitor content needs for major shows like Oprah, Good Morning America… Capture audio presentations and add to GitNit Right website. Identify strategic internet media for guest appearances. Research and identify potential marketing and/or strategic partners. Identify key products, including apparel to sell on website. Marketing – Events (1-2) Plan and facilitate events with marketing partners. Plan and facilitate youth related events. Research and identify strategic events for guest appearances or other participation to strengthen GitNit Right brand (schools, universities, corporations, community, political). Plan GitNit Right team building events and celebrations along the way! |
