Title: Student Engagement Coordinator

Requirements: This is a 12-month full-time Administrative Professional position. INTO is an organization working in partnership with leading universities and investing in the development of world-class international student centers. It specializes in preparing students for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Our Centers deliver guaranteed progression into leading undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Each INTO Center is managed by a joint venture management board in which INTO and the partner University are equal shareholders.

The Coordinator of Student Engagement will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and assessment of high quality new student orientation and continued engagement programming for INTO CSU Pathway, Academic English, and General English students and assist students through the transition once they matriculate to CSU. Transition programming includes work with leadership, campus activities, international education, student recreation, etc. Programming will aim to support a successful transition for international students and to foster the integration and interaction of international students and domestic students.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of one year professional experience with development and implementation of student programming in a higher education setting (2 years of a graduate assistantship is equivalent to one year professional experience)
• Demonstrated experience working with international students in a higher education setting
