Requirements: Colorado State University invites nominations and applications for the position of Director of the Academic Advancement Center, a federally grant- funded U.S. Department of Education TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program. Minimum qualifications include: Master’s degree (doctorate preferred), 4 years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the assistant or director level administering comprehensive academic support programs or programs supporting underrepresented populations in higher education settings; 2 years of experience supervising staff; and demonstrated experience working with underrepresented student populations including individuals from lower socio-economic backgrounds and/or racially/ethnically diverse and/or disabled background.
