Job description of the Project Manager position:
Under the direction of the Director, the Project Manager is responsible for leading and organizing cross-functional teams to support cGMP campaign activities. The project manager is required to build the basic infrastructure of each project’s work plan (in collaboration with team leaders) and manage the teams to successfully complete tasks on-time. Must be able to show proficiency in a wide range of project management skills, including maintenance of complex schedules and timelines, efficient contractual change control management, cross-team leadership, risk mitigation, client communications, etc. Keeps the Director informed of the status of the project deliverables and schedules.
Additional responsibilities include financial management of contracts. The Mycobacteria Research Laboratories at Colorado State University provides an unique opportunity to conduct basic and translational scientific research on mycobacterial diseases.
