Colorado State University’s (CSU) office of Sponsored Programs invites nominations and applications for the position of Proposal Submission Administrator. (PSA). Sponsored Programs is the primary coordinating office for externally funded activities of a contractual nature at CSU. Sponsored Programs oversees the full-range of research administration from proposal review and submission to final invoicing and project close-out.
The PSA is a new position within the office of Sponsored Programs and reports to the Associate Director of Sponsored Programs. The position is envisioned to work across multiple constituents and sponsors utilizing a skill set and aptitudes resulting in agility, speed, accuracy, and proactive leadership in the proposal submission process. The PSA also works closely within the OSP team structure to provide support to faculty for their sponsored activities. As such, the PSA will have varied assignments that are generally complex, multi-party, time-sensitive, and high profile. Successful execution requires extensive communication, coordination and collaboration across many levels of the University. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge of, and relevant ability with, culturally diverse communities among potential target and constituent populations. The position is immediately available.
