Requirements: The Department of Economics at Colorado State University invites applications for the position of Special Assistant Professors/Special Instructor to teach courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and/or various applied fields. Requirements for special assistant professors are a Ph.D. in Economics. Requirements for special instructors are a minimum of two years of graduate course work in economics or a Master’s degree in economics. Preference is given to individuals who are current graduate students in the CSU Economics Department, who have passed the comprehensive theory examinations, who have taken the relevant field courses, and who have a record of excellence in teaching.
