Title: Head Women’s Golf Coach

Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of three years of intercollegiate coaching experience required, preferably at the NCAA Division I level; NCAA recruiting experience required; competitive playing experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Position is responsible for the planning and management of an NCAA Division I women’s golf program. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) recruit quality student-athletes to an institution with high academic and admission standards; (2) develop and oversee all coaching activities including pre-season, in-season and off-season programs; (3) supervise, evaluate and provide leadership to staff and student-athletes; (4) assist in the development of student-athletes as productive and responsible adults who complete degree requirements; (5) administer all facets of the women’s golf program including scheduling and budget oversight; (6) comply fully with all rules and regulations of Colorado State University, the Mountain West and the NCAA; (7) assist with fundraising efforts in coordination with the Athletic Development office and in promotional efforts as required; (8) assume a strong leadership role in the department's community outreach and public relations programs; and (9) perform other duties as may be requested.

POSITION: Full-time, 12-month administrative professional position; full University benefits; salary commensurate with experience and qualifications; evening and weekend work and travel required.
