RESPONSIBILITIES: Position is responsible for assisting the head strength and conditioning coach in all aspects of a strength and conditioning program for 16 NCAA Div. I (FBS) menís and womenís sports. Duties include but are not limited to: (i) assist with supervision, maintenance and oversight of the weight room; (ii) design, implement and oversee the strength training and conditioning programs for teams and individual student-athletes assigned to your area of responsibility; (iii) establish good channels of communication with team head coaches; (iv) be proactive in the health and safety of student-athletes; (v) be willing to work some evenings/weekends/holidays and travel; (vi) be knowledgeable of and comply fully with all rules and regulations of Colorado State University, the Mountain West Conference and the NCAA; (vii) demonstrate ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse community and advance the Departmentís commitment to diversity and inclusion; and (viii) perform other duties as required.
POSITION: Full-time, 12-month administrative professional position reporting to the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach; full University benefits; salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
