Requirements: The Department of Human Development and Family Studies seeks applications throughout the year from individuals who are interested in obtaining temporary teaching positions within the department. The department provides instruction of both undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants for Instructor position must hold a master’s degree in an appropriate discipline. Applicants for Adjunct Assistant Professor must hold a PhD degree in an appropriate discipline. We specifically are seeking Adjunct Assistant Professor applicants who are able to teach courses related to human (child, adolescent, and/or adult) development, and a senior seminar on grant writing, at the undergraduate level.

Salary: For appointment at the Instructor or Adjunct Assistant Professor level, we are seeking to hire someone at a part-time or full-time appointment for 9 months. Any salary related to teaching will be paid on a per-course basis.
