At the instructor level, salary is paid on a per-course basis. For appointment at the Adjunct Assistant Professor level, we may hire someone at a part-time or full-time appointment for 9 months.
Requirements:
The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition seeks applications throughout the year from individuals who are interested in obtaining temporary teaching positions within the department. The department provides instruction of both undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants for Instructor position must hold a master’s degree in an appropriate discipline. Applicants for Adjunct Assistant Professor must hold a PhD degree in an appropriate discipline.
