Change whether replies go to the sender or to the entire list.

Note: If you have not used the list owner tools before, the system may not recognize you as an owner. If this happens, you'll receive an email hinting that someone has tried to attack your list. If this occurs, please contact Curtis Brown (Curtis.Brown@colostate.edu).
