CRCE Update

Robert Kling organized
and was editor of the first two CRCE Updates, a publication with a current
mailing list of nearly 500 people around the state. Topics included the state of the Larimer County
economy, water issues pertaining to the state of Colorado and the impact
of banking issues in Colorado. Harvey
Cutler, Marshall Frasier (DARE) and Ronnie Phillips (Economics Department)
contributed articles to the first two issues.
