Restaurants and foodservice operations, hospitality associations, colleges and universities, federal, state, and local government agencies, and consumer organizations across the country participate in National Food Safety Education Month in a variety of ways each year. "Be Cool. Chill Out - Refrigerate Promptly" will be this year's theme. Planning guides for food safety educators will be made available this summer and can be accessed on the following web site: www.foodsafety.gov. |
