Partnership Action Items from Nov 2002

1. Henry Bahn will complete the synthesis of the COPS vision and mission documents.
2. Lee Sommers will be responsible for the minutes/notes
3. Mike Harrington will continue to manage the list serve. Members who are rotating off of the task force will remain on the list.
4. Mike Harrington will develop a web site for the task force documents and activities.
5. Lavon Bartel will lead the development of an "operations: covenant or document for the task force. Pat, Gary and Mike will assist.
6. COPS teamwork activity will Pat, Mike and Gary will follow up on funding and planning.
7. Planning for the multifunctional/integrated models activity will be handled by Eric, Karen and Saleia.
8. Gary will follow up with Colien Hefferan on white paper development.
9. Future meetings: The task force will continue to meet face to face immediately after the COPS meeting from noon to noon.
10. Conference call will be held on February 19 at 8:00 am PST, 9:00 am MST, 10:00 am CST and 11:00 EST. Mike will set up the call and distribute the call in information
