Transfer of major data sets describing physical, chemical and biological conditions in DEC watersheds, review of planning and design documents, consultations regarding designs, monitoring plans, and research approaches. Data sets include extensive inventories of fauna, water quality records, airborne video, field notes, and intensive climatic and hydrologic records from the Goodwin Creek Experimental Watershed.
