How to Report Misconduct

Management should be alerted to the possibility of fraudulent activities.  If you have reasonable concerns regarding possible fraud, the Department of Internal Auditing should be contacted immediately.  For any concerns regarding "red flags" please contact the Department of Internal Auditing for the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System campuses; Colorado State University – Pueblo and Colorado State University.   You may also contact CSU Police or  Legal Counsel for CSU at 970-491-6270.
