- I need help with my university password or account number
(Holly or Lamar).
Solution: Come to the Weber Lab
(221 Louis R Weber building) with a photo ID.
Hours are 8am to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday and Noon to 5pm on Saturday.
- My web browser is not working.
Solution: Netscape 6+ has problems
with secure server applications, try using a 4+ version. Try Internet
Explorer version 4 or higher. If these fail, contact the vendor.
- My modem or dialup connection is not working.
Solution: Contact
the ACNS consultant at (970) 491-7276 for assistance.
- I need help with my PAC (Personal Access Number).
Solution: Contact
the Registrar's office at (970) 491-7148 from 7:45am through 4:30pm
Monday through Friday.
- RAMweb is not responding.
Solution: Please review the normal
operations hours on the RAMweb homepage. If the system should be
available and is not responding, contact the Systems Support Administrator
at (970) 491-2596 or send an e-mail to
SSweb@lamar.colostate.edu.
