| Outdoor Watering Restrictions | Once a week watering is in affect from May 15 - June 15, 2004.Odd numbered addresses may water on Sat. Even numbered addresses may water on Sun. From June15, 2004-September 14 , 2004, residents may water twice a week; Even numbered addresses on Thursdays and Sundays; Odd numbered addresses on Wednesdays and Saturdays. From September 15, 2004 – October 14, 2005 there will be once a week watering. Odd watering is Saturday, even watering is Sunday. |
| Irrigation Window | Hand watering will be allowed for trees and shrubs and vegetable/flower gardens with a hose with turn-off nozzle. No watering between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. |

| Permits / Waivers | Watering variances will be allowed from April 15, 2004 –June 14, 2004 with proof of soil amendment and site plan. All variances will expire June 14, 2004. No variances will be allowed from June-14, 2004 – September 1, 2004. Fall watering variances will be allowed September 1 – October 14, 2004 with proof of soil amendment and site plan. All fall variances expire October 14, 2004. |
