ENROLLMENT AND DEGREE VERIFICATIONS are now available easily and quickly online. In an effort to make enrollment and degree verifications more accessible, Colorado State University is now utilizing the services of the National Student Clearinghouse for ALL enrollment and degree verifications. If you are a student at Colorado State University, just logon to RAMweb and click on the enrollment verification link. If you are an entity other than the student and need enrollment or degree verification, please click on the link below. This will take you to the National Student Clearinghouse site. You may then purchase an enrollment or degree verification. The verification provided by the National Student Clearinghouse is accurate and official. The information is transmitted by Colorado State University to the Clearinghouse and will include the dates of the term and the registration status of the student. If requesting degree verification, the degree awarded and the date of the award will be provided. If there is a discrepancy between the information the student provided and the information the National Student Clearinghouse provided, please request an official transcript from the student for clarification. Any forms submitted to the Registrar's Office for simple enrollment verification or degree verification will be forwarded to the National Student Clearinghouse. This will delay the process significantly. |
