Deadline to book hotel rooms is February 22!
We can only guarantee the hotel rate until February 22. After that day, our block of rooms opens to the public and conference attendees will have to pay full price for rooms at the conference hotel.
The official conference hotel of IOOB 2008 is the Denver Marriott City Center.
Conference attendees receive a special rate of $139 per night in a Standard Double Room (single to quad occupancy). This is the most reasonable accommodation we found in the downtown area, where many points of interest are within walking distance
We strongly encourage all attendees to stay at the conference hotel! Attendees who stay at the conference hotel also receive a discounted Super Shuttle trip to and from Denver International Airport.

Sharing Rooms: We have been contacted by several students about finding other attendees with whom to share a room. As up to four persons can stay in one room at the Marriot, this is a great way to reduce the cost of attending the conference. If you are interested, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send an email to both students interested in sharing a room by way of introduction, but arrangements must be made by the students themselves.
Flight Information
Frontier Airlines is the official airline of the 2008 IOOB conference. Frontier offers direct flights into the Denver International Airport from many US cities. Conference attendees receive a 10% discount off all published roundtrip fares.

Airport Shuttle
Conference attendees who stay at the conference hotel receive a special airport shuttle rate of $19 one-way or $32 roundtrip from Super Shuttle. This special rate applies only to trips between Denver International Airport and the Denver Marriott City Center.You may pre-pay your trip online or print a voucher to pay at Super Shuttle counter on the Baggage Claim Level of the Denver International Airport.
