Submissions
SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.
Thank you to all of the authors who have submitted papers. Format, time, and room location have been sent to all authors. Double check the the final schedule to verify presentation time and location.
IMPORTANT: Due to the short time between sessions, we will not be able to load files onto the computer right before the session. Please save your file with your session number and last name to allow easy access to your presentation.
For Friday symposia, presenters must bring their file on a USB flash drive or CD-R to the registration table (outside of Mattie Silks, Lower Level 1) at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled beginning of the symposium.
For Saturday and Sunday symposia, presenters must bring their file on a USB flash drive or CD-R to the registration table (outside of Mattie Silks, Lower Level 1) by 9:00AM morning before your presentation.
Poster Guidelines:
- You may use your own design template for your slides; there is no assigned design template.
- Posters must be no larger than 4’ X 6&rsquo landscape orientation. This can be up to 12 letter sized (8.5" X 11") sheets to be tacked on to the poster board OR a 4’ X 6’ landscape oriented printed poster.
- Thumb tacks with which to post posters will be provided at the conference.
- Please arrive at the scheduled room 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the poster session to find your poster stand and mount your poster. Note the number of your poster in the conference program (e.g., Poster 12); this is number of the poster stand reserved for your presentation.
Symposium Guidelines:
- You may use your own design template for your slides; there is no assigned design template.
- All presentations should last no longer than 15 minutes, including time in for questions.
- Save all presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint format (*.ppt or *.pptx). Save the file with your session number and last name. (e.g., session3_smith.pptx)
- Bring your presentation on a USB flash drive or CD-R to the check-in table:
- For Friday symposia, presenters must bring their file to the registration table (outside of Mattie Silks, Lower Level 1) at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled beginning of the symposium.
