Registration is now on-site only, at a cost of $85. We will accept only credit cards for on-site registration.
The conference registration fee includes access to all conference presentations and events, a copy of the conference program, a gift bag from the conference organizers, and meals at the Friday opening reception, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday breakfast.
