Early Registration Extended to February 15

We are extending early registration (cost is $60) to February 15.

Deadline to book hotel rooms is February 22

We can only guarantee the hotel rate until February 22. After that day, our block of rooms opens to the public and conference attendees will have to pay full price for rooms at the conference hotel.

Sharing Rooms

We have been contacted by several students about finding other attendees with whom to share a room. This is a great way to reduce the cost of attending the conference. If you are interested, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send an email to both students interested in sharing a room by way of introduction, but arrangements must be made by the students themselves.

Call for Reviewers

We are seeking volunteers to review paper submissions to IOOB. Reviewers will review about 4 papers each, providing ratings and developmental feedback for the authors. Reviewers will be sent papers at the beginning of January. Graduate students and faculty are both encouraged to participate. Email us at ioob@colostate.edu to volunteer.

Travel Information Now Online

We now have information on special travel discounts available for conference attendees. These include discounted flights from Frontier Airlines, special rates at the conference hotel, and discounted shuttle service between Denver International Airport and the conference hotel.
