Larimer County Partners
Provides one-on-one mentoring and one-on-one tutoring by adult volunteers for youth facing challenges in their lives which put them at risk of making future unhealthy choices. Volunteers are screened and trained, provided ongoing training, crisis counseling, referral services, and a wide range of recreational, cultural, and educational activities. Participating youth must be between 8 and 17 years old, referred by a community agency, and have parental permission.
