Research and selected papers:
Johnson has published his work on logic in a variety of journals, including Analysis, Notre Dame Journal of Formal Logic, Journal of Philosophical Logic, Informal Logic, History and Philosophy of Logic and Studia Logica. He has a chapter on Aristotle's modal syllogisms in Volume I (2004) of the multi-volume Handbook of the History of Logic, edited by Dov M. Gabbay and John Woods. Johnson is an avid chamber music player. He also loves to put the Lonely Planet international travel guides to use.
