#7 - OBD II Telephone Chat Card

A laminated phone response card has been developed that repair shop personnel can use in guiding a car owner through his/her OBD II questions. The purpose of the card is to help standardize responses that consumers receive from the repair industry, as well as communicating OBD II concepts to those persons talking to the public. The card can be hung on a chain and secured to the telephone.
