Conditional Admission to Colorado State University:
Colorado State University grants conditional admission to international students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. For international students, this means that the student has met the academic requirements necessary for admission, but that their TOEFL score is below the required level.
Intensive English advisers:

Cooperate with Colorado State University to provide conditionally admitted students with the English courses required by the conditions of their admission.

Help conditionally admitted students to combine their CSU academic courses with the English classes at the IEP.

Help IEP students who are not currently CSU students but who want to attend CSU to apply for conditional admission.
To seek Conditional Admission:

Students must complete an application for Colorado State University.

Students must show a good academic record in their high school or college.

Students with good academic records but with a TOEFL score between 450 - 524 (130 - 196 CBT or 41 - 70 IBT) for undergraduates and 500 - 549 (173 - 210 CBT) for graduates MAY receive conditional admission.

Completion of the IEP courses may substitute for the required TOEFL score for conditionally admitted students depending on the major field of study.
