Performance Management Program (PMP) is a state-mandated program and, as a state institution, Colorado State University is required to implement this program for its state-classified employees. The Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration has made some changes to the Performance Management Program effective this upcoming performance cycle and the Department of Human Resource Services would like to take this opportunity to advise and prepare you for these changes.
