HRS provides the framework for assuring that the mutual expectations of the University and its people are fairly and clearly articulated. HRS is responsible for an array of personnel/payroll matters including benefits, employment, employee rights, payroll, personnel records, training and development, compliance with laws and regulations and the unemployment compensation insurance program.

Human Resource Services is now located in the Howes Street Business Center at 555 S. Howes Street (just north of University Services Center).  This building unites the administrative departments of Human Resources (click for map), Business & Financial Services, and Purchasing under one roof.
