Cereal Leaf Beetle
Survey
We have been formally surveying for Cereal Leaf Beetle
in Colorado since 1995. To date, all survey results have been negative.
Cereal leaf beetle was not found in Colorado in 1997.
Sweep net and visual surveys were conducted independently, or as part of
other surveys and activities in. Most sites were surveyed once during the
early tillering stage, but sites in Arapahoe, Adams, Larimer and Weld counties
were surveyed 3 to 4 times from April through July.
