E160 Mythical and Biblical Backgrounds
This course provides an overview of central myths and stories of classical and biblical traditions. In addition to familiarizing students with particular myths, characters, and narrative patterns, the course also addresses ways literary texts re-shape and appropriate mythical and biblical material.
