Aparna Gollapudi teaches courses in Restoration and eighteenth-century Literature. She is particularly interested in the drama and theatre culture of the period. In addition to literature from the long eighteenth century, her research interests include Children’s Literature – especially the interactions of text and image in picturebooks. She is currently working on a book-length project about the cultural, political and economic significance of the moral-reform plot in early eighteenth-century comedy.
