  • Dr. Whaley is the Associate Director of the School of Education and directs the Educator Licensing Program in the School. His background in agricultural education spans over 25 years at both the secondary and post secondary levels in California, New York, and Colorado. Dr. Whaley has been with the School of Education teaching courses and advising undergraduate and master degree students since 1990.

  • Peggy Lofquist provides student support services for the Educator Licensing Program in the School of Education. She received her B.S. in Agricultural Education, Teacher Emphasis from CSU in 1995 and her M.Ed. in 1997. Peggy routinely meets with many students about the licensing program, in general, as well as more specific advising needs. Peggy has taught and advised students in the School of Education since 1997.
