Eric Holsapple, Ph.D. ’96, has funded (along with Don Marostica, who is his partner in Loveland Commercial) an endowed Chair in Real Estate within the Department of Finance and Real Estate at
Colorado State. Eric noted in his remarks that Professor Terry
Ozawa, who directed Eric's dissertation, was influential in his decision to endow this chair. The economics department will benefitthrough its connections with the Center for Investment and Real Estate Finance and the real estate program.
