Donations for The Arboretum Gardens and the Ute Ethnobotany Learning Gardens

The Arboretum at the Mesa County Fairgrounds is supported by donations. Plants, irrigation supplies, mulch, compost, decomposed granite for the walkways and pesticides to control insect and weeds are purchased from funds provided by donors such as you.
The Arboretum consists of research plots, the Ute Ethnobotany Learning Garden, the Xeric Garden featuring cacti and succulents, the rose gardens, the aphitheater, and much more.
Donating is easy. You can donate in two ways:
1. Through the Colorado State University FoundationCredit card donations can be made on-line.2. At our office at the Mesa County Fairgrounds or by mailing your donation to:Under Gift Today click on 'Support Another Fund'. Click on 'Key Word Search' and type in Arboretum. Click on ' Mesa County Arboretum'. Add the amount of your gift in the box to the immediate right of 'Mesa County Arboretum', and fill in the required information. At the bottom of the page click on 'Continue to Payment. Continue through the steps until you have made your conhtribution to The Gardens at the Mesa County Fairgrounds.
Gifts in kind, to include donations of equipment or plants, can be coordinated through Dr. Curtis Swift, 970 244-1840.
