Specialty Foods

If you love to bake, grill, broil, or cook food of any type, this project is for you. You will begin by learning the basics of cooking, such as proper measuring and kitchen safety. As your progress through the units, you will make more complex foods and breads. In the last unit, you'll prepare an entire ethnic meal from an international country of your choice. Let's get cooking!
