The 4-H Market Turkey Project is designed to help you learn all about raising turkeys. Through your work in this project, you will acquire an understanding of scientific poultry management and marketing practices. You will gain business experience and insight into the values and principles of purchasing, marketing, financial record keeping and obtaining credit. You'll even be able to compete at the fair with your turkey.
