The 4-H Creative Arts Project was developed for 4-H members who have a specific talent, interest, or hobby such as jewelry making, doll crafting, basket weaving, or making stained glass, decorative flower arrangments, or latch or punch hook articles.

In order to encourage creativity, Project Manuals will not be printed. References and information for this project can be obtained from the internet, libraries, classes, books, magazines, family, friends, craft stores, etc.
