Larimer County Fair

It's Showtime!

What: The County Fair provides 4-H members an opportunity to publicly display their 4-H projects they have raised and/or created over the year. In addition to member exhibits, there is a PRCA rodeo, commercial exhibit area, carnival, and much, much more!

When: July 31st through August 4th

Where: The Ranch, Loveland, CO

Who: All enrolled Cloverbud and 4-H members between the ages of 5 and 18 may enter exhibits, but Cloverbuds aren't involved in competition.

Entries: The deadline to enter any 4-H class at the 2009 Larimer County Fair will be Monday, July 13, 2009. Entries are due to the Larimer County Fairgrounds Extension Office by 6:00 p.m. that day. Entries will not be accepted at the Extension Office in Fort Collins
NEW for 2009 – If a 4-H member does not enter by the deadline of July 13, a $25 per class late entry fee will be charged. However, the absolute last chance to enter any 4-H class at the County Fair will be 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ENTRIES BEYOND THIS POINT! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Awards: Members receive ribbons and premium money from the Larimer County Fair. Special awards are presented in some departments. Eligible animals that qualify may be sold in the Junior Livestock Sale.
