Moonlight Broom (Cytisus 'Moonlight')

		*Moonlight Broom (Cytisus* 'Moonlight')** is a legume shrub, often used in dry areas where other shrubs may have trouble succeeding. It grows to a height of 6 feet with an equal spread. Hardy to zone 5, it prefers full sun and well-drained soil and has low water needs. It tolerates a wide pH range and is drought tolerant.

		Foliage consists of small, narrow, bright green leaves.

		Flowers bloom on old wood in late March to early June and are a pale, creamy yellow in color. Fragrant.

		Seeds are contained in legume-like pods.

		Stems remain green in winter, giving this plant an interesting year-round appeal.
