Separator  As a Program of Research and Scholarly Excellence, the Center receives annual operating funds from the Vice President for Research and Information Technologies. That funding provides seed money to assist faculty in developing proposals. 

Since 1993, faculty associated with The Center for Research on Writing and Communication Technologies have generated $6.2 million in research and development projects. Faculty associated with the center have been funded by:
